Include the subject of your request and a brief description. Do not send passwords or payment details.

Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen tap «Forgot password?» to receive a link at your registered email.
Lost access to the linked Google account? Email support with your account email; we verify ownership before making any change.
Want to change your sign-in email? Ask support; we change it after verifying account ownership.
New device for a student? The guardian issues a new pairing code from «My children»; pairing the new device revokes the old one.
Inappropriate content or communication? Email support with a brief description, without passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
Account deletion? Use My Account → Help and Support → Delete Account or the deletion-request page. A 6-digit email code confirms the request, and the account is immediately frozen with sign-in blocked. Administration completes deletion within 30 days, with a maximum of 60 days; the deletion page explains deleted and retained data.
